REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at klarivex.info@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at klarivex.info@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
Refunds Once we have confirmed your issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
